What type of backgammon is this?
Backgammon as you know it: traditional Turkish (street-style) rules, no doubling cube. If your opponent hasn't borne off a single checker, it's a gammon and you score double.
How do you play backgammon?
Roll the dice and move your checkers by the numbers rolled. Once all 15 are in your home board you start bearing off, and the first to bear off all wins.

Your skill is measured with Glicko-2, the algorithm used by game platforms worldwide. Your rating settles after about 50 matches, and the rankings highlight players who are active now — not those who played years ago and left.
How are dice rolls generated?
The dice are generated on the server, completely at random, and the system works the same way for every player — your rating or any other variable has no effect on the outcome. You choose the moment you roll; that's your luck in the game.
Who starts first?
The server picks who starts at random — each player has an exact 50% chance. If you roll the first dice, you earn slightly less rating at the end of the game.
Are matches single games?
Each match is a single game against a real player. Your rating updates right after the game ends. No multi-game formats like first-to-5 or first-to-7.
Is there paid content?
Yes. Tea and checker skins are cosmetic. You earn them by completing quests or purchasing them — no effect on the game results.
What are the time limits per turn?
You have 11 seconds per move, plus a 1 minute 30 second bank time reserve. Turn time counts down first, then bank kicks in.
Can I play against a bot?
Yes — if you want to warm up, you can play against the bot anytime. An internet connection is required.
