Delete account
In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this document shall prevail.
In the app
- Sign in to your account.
- Open your profile by tapping your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm with your password.
On the web
The same steps work in any browser at kutuama.com — sign in, open your profile, and choose “Delete account”.
If you can no longer sign in
Send an email to contact@kutuama.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
Your username, email address and password are permanently removed, and you are signed out of every device. Anonymized gameplay records (match results and rating history) are retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
